Ketevan Dolidze holds a Bachelor's degree from Ilia State University, Faculty of Philology and Simultaneous Translation, and a Master's degree in Management Psychology from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA).

Ketevan Dolidze joined the SOCAR team in 2006, working in various positions, and currently serves as the Head of the Human Resources Management Department at SOCAR Georgia Petroleum.
